TOP FIVE(5) THINGS TO DO TO KEEP FIT IN KUBWA :




Hello  Kubwa! How is the Salah holyday going? Well, exercising is a big work and many people (including me) can not add it to their current job. This is why we take advantage of weekends and  holidays to exercise. Do you know that it doesn't cost you much to keep fit and stay healthy in Kubwa? Let's tell you how.


RUN...
Who said you can't solve a problem by running away from it? Well, you can if "how to loose weight or stay healthy" is one of them. There are a lot of places to run. You can run on the second gate bridge in Kubwa. Avoid running on the one in phase 3 because it is not safe.

Run along Arab Road and all major roads. Make sure you run against the flow of traffic so you can see enemies of progress before they attempt to run you over with their cars. Lol!!

RIDE A BICYCLE...
You can do a lot more than running from your body weights. You can ride a bicycle along all the roads you can run on. You can even ride a bicycle along the bridge if you are into heavy stunts.

PUSH UPS...
Do some pushups before you start running from your weights. You need more than 50 pushups to get a little result.

NOTE: Doing pushups in front of your wife and asking her to count the number of pushups increases your pushup ability by 60%.

SWIM...

HIT THE GYM...
You can hit the gym if running, riding a bike or swimming is too slow for you. You can also hit the gym if your blood dey hot. We will do a write up to inform you on "good gyms in Kubwa".

WARNING...
Don't go to places that doesn't feel safe.

Always go out in the company of others if you are exercising in isolated places.

Don't go in company of a lady who is fitter than you as you might be forced to go beyond your limit and capacity...exercise is not gender specific.

NOTE: It is helpful to exercise with your wife. She motivates you to go the extra mile.
