WHY WE EXPERIENCE TOO MANY ACCIDENTS AT THE PHASE 3 JUNCTION ALONG THE KUBWA EXPRESS WAY

Accidents do happen. But most are avoidable. Especially the ones occurring and reoccurring at the Phase three junction along the Kubwa express way.

It is not possible to go a week without a car knocking someone down or two or more cars colliding with each other with multiple injuries which mostly result in death.

 QUESTIONS...
These leaves us with questions like; why do we experience high rate of accidents along that spot? Why do people refuse to take precaution since it’s a reoccurring decimal? Why do drivers (always) over speed knowing the high pedestrian traffic activities in the area? Why are pedestrians not extra-careful while crossing?

These and many more questions are begging for the kind of answers we cannot provide. But we can advise you to avoid this route between 7am to 10am and 4pm to 9pm because of the heavy traffic involved due to people going to and returning from their offices

If you must go through that route around that time, you must be prepared to wait for a long time before crossing. Please avoid taking that route if you are in a hurry because you may be tempted to scurry past the fast moving vehicles.

Phase 3 is not your normal road. This is why we did not include the generic rules involved in crossing a highway.

Good Afternoon!
