HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR CONFIDENCE AS A TEENAGER!

We have all been at a point in our lives when we wished our level of confidence was higher.
These happens a lot among teens because a lot of life decisions are taken at this point in time.
And your level of confidence can positively or negatively impact on the quality of your life
decisions.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
Believing in yourself is the first place to start. You need to believe, accept and be in no doubt that you are a special person. Spend time imagining yourself getting better at something.

SPEND SOME TIME TO FIND YOURSELF
Try spending some time alone and away from the busy world. Spend it trying to figure out what you are naturally good at. Be quiet and meditate on your life, what interest you and how you see the world.

DEVELOP YOUR MIND
Read more. Study more. Watch more. Know more. Know the rules and what goes behind the scenes of your favorite programs like football or a movie. Don't be contented watching a football match like every other person. Spend some time to listen to the analysts. Watch how
your favorite movie is made. Avoid porn if you can. Avoid it if you can't!

LEARN A SKILL
You can learn a skill from youtube. It's that easy. Learn how to properly communicate and articulate your thoughts. Practice in front of a mirror if you must. This is also for people who stammers. Research has shown that you can get better with practice.

AVOID BAD FRIENDS
Do what we call a friend audit. Weed out friends whose negatively rubs off on you. These includes friends who put you down or make you feel inferior.

AVOID BAD HABITS
Bad habits like drugs or lack of academic interest can reduce the level of confidence you have. The less of bad habits you have, the more confidence you have.

DON'T BE UNDER ANY PRESSURE
Avoid peer pressure. This include the pressure to fit in and be like a regular teen. Avoid the pressure to show off at parties. Be yourself and be comfortable in your own skin.
