As a Nigerian, Holidays are for many things. However, we have selected a few to act as tips or reminders so we can share the joy and beauty of these days of chilling from work and many other usual bustles of daily lives.
1. Visit a friend or some friends you haven't seen in a while. It will be worthwhile to reconnect physically.
2. Plan to spend and actually spend quality time with your family.
3. Read a book. Find time to catch up with some reads. You can go over some notes you have taken down in the past few training, conferences, lectures, church, etc. This will help refresh your mind and spur you to take action if you haven't yet.
4. Take out time to work on that personal project you stopped a while ago. Pick up where you left off and add some blocks to that work. It will count.
5. Learn something new. Go you youtube.com, facebook, howstuffworks, etc to consciously learn about something new. It will help you develop all the more.
6. Take out some little more time to pray and fellowship with God.
7. Partake in a community project and contribute your bit, you will be glad you did.
8. Rest. Rest some. Rest some and refresh.
9. Stay safe, don't drink and drive, over indulge in things you will not be proud of when you eyes clear.
10. Seek, find and reach out to someone in need in the best way you can. A kind word, a visit, a little gift, encouragement, a selfie, etc. could go a long way in helping to heal a hurt, mend a heart, fix a bridge, etc..
Happy holidays!!!!
